Patchwork Print with Yellow Chevron Ribbon

Starting from the multicolored patchwork print, I chose a few colors and accents to build a bit of a quilting theme.  I like the strip of wide chevron ribbon and the faux stitching edge detail.  It's a cheerful, summery design that I'll send to our church shut-ins.

Card details:

• Card stock is Paper Source strawberry (retired) and Papertrey Ink (PTI) aqua mist and stamper's select white.
• Patterned paper is from Reverse Confetti paper bliss 6 x 6" pad.
• Chevron ribbon is by May Arts.
• Dies are from PTI double-ended banners and noted: simply stitched A2 vertical.
• The sentiment "just a note to say hello" is from PTI banner sentiments (retired), stamped with PTI dark indigo (dark navy) ink.

Green Framed Leaves with Rusty Red

Some simple leaves and flowers in a 5-window frame.  I love the graceful curves and shapes with the strong frame lines.

Card details:

• Card stock is Neenah solar white (a bright white in real life) and Papertrey Ink (PTI) prairie grass (green).
• Frame die is PTI cover plate: comic strip.
• The sentiment "thinking of you" is from PTI keep it simple: thinking of you, stamped with PTI dark chocolate (brown) and terra cotta tile (rusty red) ink.  The leaves and flowers are from PTI gathered garden, stamped with PTI prairie grass, dark chocolate, and terra cotta tile ink. 
• I also made a version with the sentiment "thanks for everything" from PTI gathered garden.
