Yellow Birds on Aqua Print

A birthday card with bright contrast of yellow with aqua, white, and teal.  The pierced dots and printed stripes add some visual texture.

Card details:

• Card stock is Papertrey Ink (PTI) sun (medium yellow) shimmer and summer sunrise (deeper yellow-orange).
• Patterned papers are from Memory Box garden folly 6x6" paper pad. 
• Dies are PTI stitching lines (for the pierced dots), PTI bold borders: wave (for the "celebrate" word die), and Impression Obsession birds.

Pink Hearts with Red and Cream

Lots of hearts for today's card.  I like the soft cream and pale pink contrasting with the stronger bright pink and red.  The shimmery card base adds some elegance.

Card details:

• Card stock is Papertrey Ink (PTI) sweet blush (pale pink), berry sorbet (bright pink), pure poppy (red), and cream shimmer.
• Dies are PTI hearts border (retired), PTI wonderful words: love, Memory Box charlotte lace (retired), and the solid heart from My Favorite Things heart full of love (retired).
• The sentiment "sending you" is from PTI hello sunshine (retired), and the row of hearts is from PTI tag-its #11 (retired), stamped with PTI pure poppy ink.
